Promoza Terms of Service
Last updated: August 11, 2026
Plain-English rules for creators who post for brands on Promoza and earn from verified views.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Promoza ("Promoza", "we", "us") covering your use of the Promoza website, dashboard and related features (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Promoza is an independent creator-promotion platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Google or YouTube, and we make no claim about any corporate form, license, registration or certification.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and we may require guardian involvement before issuing a payout, agreeing to any additional terms, or completing verification steps. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements and that any information you give us about your age is accurate.
You must also be permitted to use each social platform you connect, and you must follow that platform's own rules and minimum age requirements.
3. Your account
You agree to give accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us promptly at support@promoza.net if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. One person may not operate multiple accounts to increase earnings.
4. Connecting TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
Connecting a social account is entirely voluntary. Connections are made through the platform's own OAuth authorization screen. Promoza never asks for, receives, or stores your social-platform passwords. You choose which accounts to connect and you can disconnect them at any time from your Accounts page.
Each platform has its own terms, developer policies and privacy rules, and each platform may change, limit, suspend or revoke API access at any time. If that happens, some features — including automatic view tracking — may stop working, be delayed, or require manual review, through no fault of yours or ours.
5. Your content and the rights you grant us
You keep ownership of the original content you create. You grant Promoza a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce and display your submitted posts, post metadata and preview thumbnails only as needed to operate campaigns, verify submissions, show your own activity and previews in the Service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and administer payment. This license ends when the content is removed or your account is closed, except where we must retain records for fraud, tax, dispute, security or legal reasons.
You are responsible for having the rights to everything in your content, including music, footage, logos and any person appearing in it.
6. Publishing is always your decision
Promoza does not publish on your behalf without your explicit action. Before any publishing step, you review and approve the content itself, the caption, the audience/privacy setting, the music or audio used, and any commercial-content or paid-partnership disclosure setting. You are the publisher of your posts and you can edit or delete them on the platform at any time.
7. Campaigns and qualifying views
Each brand campaign includes a brief. To be eligible, a submission must follow that brief and these Terms.
- Submissions are made by pasting the public URL of your live post.
- Views are measured using periodic snapshots of publicly reported platform counts on the connected account that posted the video.
- Newly reported views are subject to a waiting and review period of up to 72 hours before they can be treated as verified.
- Views recorded before a submission is accepted, or after a post is deleted or made private, may not count.
- Campaigns may set maximums, caps or per-brand limits, and we may adjust or end a campaign going forward.
- Only views from supported platforms, supported regions and eligible account types can qualify.
A number shown in your dashboard is an estimate of activity, not a promise of payment. Earnings remain pending until verified.
8. Authentic engagement only
You may not use or benefit from fake, purchased, botted, automated, incentivized, exchanged, traded, or otherwise manipulated views, likes, followers or engagement. This includes view-exchange groups, engagement pods used to inflate counts, click farms, emulators, scripts, repeated self-viewing, and any attempt to interfere with our measurement.
We may reject, hold, reverse or reduce earnings, and suspend or close accounts, when we detect this activity.
9. Rejections, holds and review
- Duplicate, reused or previously submitted links.
- Posts that are deleted, private, restricted, age-gated or otherwise not publicly viewable.
- Posts from accounts, regions or platforms we cannot verify or do not support.
- Content that breaks the brand brief, these Terms, applicable law, or the platform's own rules.
- Activity that looks suspicious, inconsistent, or artificially inflated.
Any of the above may be rejected outright or placed on hold pending manual review. We aim to review fairly and will explain outcomes on request at support@promoza.net.
10. Earnings and payouts
- Earnings accrue only from verified views on accepted submissions, at the rate shown for the campaign.
- A minimum balance applies before a payout can be requested. Payout requests are reviewed and approved manually.
- Where legally required, we may ask you to complete identity, tax or payment-details verification before paying you.
- We may correct, reverse or offset amounts credited in error, or credited as a result of fraud, manipulation, chargebacks or platform data corrections.
- Unless and until a campaign is explicitly marked live, the Service is operating in demo mode and no real money is owed or paid, regardless of numbers shown on screen.
You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive. You are an independent creator, not an employee, agent or partner of Promoza or of any brand.
11. Disclosure and legal compliance
Promotional posts must be clearly disclosed. Include a visible disclosure such as #ad or #sponsored, and use the platform's paid-partnership or branded-content tools where available. You must follow applicable advertising and consumer-protection law, including truthful claims about the products you promote, and you must follow each platform's own rules for branded content.
12. Prohibited content and conduct
- Illegal content, or content promoting illegal activity.
- Hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit or exploitative content.
- Content that sexualizes or endangers minors.
- Misleading claims, impersonation, or false statements about a brand.
- Infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Spam, malware, scraping our Service, interfering with our systems, or attempting unauthorized access.
13. Suspension, termination and disconnection
You may stop using the Service, disconnect any platform, or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, withhold unverified earnings, or revoke a connected-account authorization if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken, if required by a platform or by law, or to protect creators, brands or our systems from harm. Verified earnings already approved for payout are not forfeited for reasons unrelated to fraud or error.
14. Service changes, availability and disclaimers
We may add, change or remove features, campaigns and rates. We aim for reliable service but do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that platform data will always be accurate, complete or available. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Promoza is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost views, lost data or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount we paid or owe you in verified earnings during the three months before the claim, or US$100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify Promoza against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, your posts, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of a platform's rules.
16. Governing law, disputes and contact
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Promoza operates, without inventing or implying any particular corporate entity or registered office. We do not require arbitration and we do not ask you to waive class-action rights.
Please contact us first at support@promoza.net with any dispute or question — most issues about submissions, views or payouts are resolved directly. We will make a good-faith effort to respond and resolve the matter before either side pursues formal action.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, give notice in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
